Las Palmeras est un petit complexe touristique de 19 appartements, situé dans la rue Princesa Guayarmina au numéro 2 au Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote.
Son emplacement central vous permet de visiter à l’aise les zones les plus caractéristiques de l’endroit.
À 400 mètres environ se trouve le petit willage marin El Varadero et lÀvenue des plages se trouve à 200 mètres où vous pourrez jouir d’une grande variété de magasins, boutiques, bistrots et restaurants.

Apartment review
Lovely quiet apartments a bit dated but still comfortable, spotlessly clean, great location only 5mins walk to the strip . Lovely pool area always got a sunbed , very helpful in reception, highly recommend.

Great location and also peaceful
Its a constant in these apartments, to have a comfortable, clean and peaceful location. All the staff there are so polite and friendly, and Esther runs everything so well. We will be back again. MaryAnne.

Another lovely stay
This was our second stay at these lovely little apartments. Check in this time was a little rocky. Had to call the reception on the day of arrival to receive instructions for gaining entry as we were due to arrive after reception closed. I had send an email and a message via the website but did not get a reply so was left a little worried. But eventually sorted after calling. Apartments are clean , basic but have everything you need. My only suggestion would be for either a recliner sun chair or a sun longer for use on your own terrace. They have a table and chairs but the only sun longers available are if you want to lie around the pool area and most of which are already reserved by guests who have the apartments directly looking onto the pool area. Also remember to take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper because you can hear everything from your next door and up stairs neighbours. Our shower was a little temperamental, but to be fair was the exact same as our last stay a year previous stayed in apartment 4 every visit Location of the apartments are great 10 mins down to the main strip. I feel they are safe as they have a gate which is locked so only people staying there can gain access. Not really suitable for children more suited to adults. Reception is open daily from 09:30 to 13:30. We will be back again.

Quint and superb
Love this place, the people who run it could not be more helpful. Apartments always immaculately clean and kept that way. Small complex, which is how we like it. Close to everything, the strip, the old town, supermarkets, restaurants and bars all reachable within 5-10mins walking. We return a couple of times every year now to the same place because we like it so much. One thing I would say is that a few more sun loungers would be a plus.
